Noodles for Long Life

We celebrated a birthday in the family last Saturday at a Chinese restaurant. As is customary, the meal included pancit because it signifies long life.

    Yummy! Yes, we also have the "noodles for long life" tradition in my family. I've tweaked it a bit by cooking pasta dishes several times :D
