Paella

I used to not like paella. But that was before I ate at Casa Armas where it won me over. Now, I eat paella when it's cooked at home and long for the day when I can eat in Casa Armas again.

By the way, this was our New Year's day lunch.

    We sometimes overcome the 'I don't like that kind of food thing' sometime soon...or sooner! your photos oozes with yumminess, I'd pick out the sipit first!

    OMG I love paella. tried cooking it but not so successful. Masarap pero masyadong basa hahaha! Gonna try again... (*hinga ng malalim... at dasal*)

    Yummy-licious! Haven't tried the Casa Armas version yet though...

    What I love with paella is scraping off the roasted rice that stick to the bottom of the pan (*drool*).
