Tofu Cheesecake



Tofu Cheesecake, originally uploaded by Em Dy.

Healthier probably. Tasty but quite different. Not at all like the New York cheesecake that I love. I didn't like it at all. Mom's trusted aide Nene finished what I got.

    new york cheesecake is my favorite! tofu cheesecake? hmm...not so sure i'm going to like this one.

    i've tasted tofu ice cream and, quite frankly, i liked it. i wonder if this would be similar :)

    Wish I could tell you the recipe but I ate this at a hotel. This was part of the dessert spread.
