See Ya Later, Alligator!

We didn't have to wait for this alligator to strike this pose. He was virtually stationary. At first, I doubted if he was real but was convinced when I saw his lower mouth moving as he breathed.

I had no idea I captured E.T. on film until I looked at the big picture. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I did.

Lesson learned: Always look closely. Be ready to be surprised.
