Perhaps the quickest way to appreciate the world in costumes is at Disneyland's It's A Small World. Many don't like the ride because it's slow and old fashioned but it's actually quite educational.

We went in twice. I liked it a lot. Some of the photos I took inside were blurry. Yours is very nice.
