I used to not like paella. But that was before I ate at Casa Armas where it won me over. Now, I eat paella when it's cooked at home and long for the day when I can eat in Casa Armas again.
By the way, this was our New Year's day lunch.

OMG I love paella. tried cooking it but not so successful. Masarap pero masyadong basa hahaha! Gonna try again... (*hinga ng malalim... at dasal*)

What I love with paella is scraping off the roasted rice that stick to the bottom of the pan (*drool*).
