Perhaps my favorite pasta type is the ravioli. The pasta contrasts well with whatever it's stuffed with. My introduction to this pasta type was through Tita Des who ordered CPK's Portobello Mushroom Ravioli some eight years ago. It's rare that I get to sample ravioli because not all restaurants serve it. The photo was taken today at The Gustavian where my Cebu based friend LV treated me to snacks.

Em, that ravioli is still our family's favorite dish at CPK, aside from the salads of course. we just had it for my daughter's birthday dinner at CPK Glorietta yesterday-
