i haven't been to ilocos but they sure do bring time back in that picture! i've been to balayan, batangas, though, once and i remember seeing the same old spanish era houses there.
camiguin island is also home to old abodes & churches, em. so is bohol island. i love bohol. 2 years ago, before we left philippines, we toured visayas & mindanao by land. i drove the whole week with my wife & kids!
Vigan is magical, I hope to see it soon.
