This is Hototai, what we had for lunch today. It is a clear soup with mixed greens, cauliflower, string beans, young corn, chicken and shrimp. Raw egg is added to it while it's still hot and just before serving.

uy do you have the recipe for this? i want to know what special ingredients other than the raw egg:)should be added when i make this...i have completely forgotten how this tastes like but i'm sure i've had one back there! looks perfect for lunch today!
I'm not that familiar with this soup but it looks very good. The shrimp looks yummy ang daming sahog.
I've always loved soup that has young corn mixed in it. :)
